JL_map has developed bots for MoHAA - they are scripted (not coded) and are still in the early stages of testing but they do exist:

they work, maps need info nodes and such if you develop you own maps... making them 'smart' is another issue that will greatly benefit from script work being done now.

I hate the idea of bots though...they are pointless. C'mon, once you get to a certain point, the human will usually win. And sometiems, they get so repedative that you can always guess their next move. I don't find a need for them, but i think it is awsome how he's found a way how to do them. God luck to him and his accomplishments.

Some people like bots, others don't. Its a matter of personal choice. I like having the choice - They would be useful to fill out an empty server until it filled up with human players

Its very interesting to say the least. They can bash ppl with MG's and its just normal mohaa....wierd. They have wierd ways of looking around corners too. And they are VERY hard to get past if u play as allies on the map. They have to good of aim sometimes and are slow to react other times, but its a first release, thats what there for....constructive critisism. Very ncie job jv, keep it up.

I just thought it was werid how you couldn't stop the bots if you shot them...they just grabbed their heads for 2 seconds then went back to firing. I felt it was basically impossible to infiltrate the base and actually plant the bomb since the bots were indestructable. BUT, very good job. I understand this is only a demo and I say, WOW awsome...keep up the good work,
