...those .tgas that are relevant for your skin model and the ones youre referring in your shader and tik files.

u dont creat the targas, u just edit them

open pak2.pk3 w/ pakscape and go to textures, then models then either weapons or players

Once youve found the original tga files to edit, edit them as you like and save them but different names than the original ones. Check out the guides from the guides section @ the main page aa.com for more details.

if u save them under original names, they will overide previos skins, for weapons, tho u do save them as same names but in a mirror location of the location of the original, then convert to pk3, and for ur skins u may have to do some editing on the tikis

Do you have an image editing program like PSP or Photoshop? If not buy one.

If you do open ur editing program and open one of the original tga files of the game. Most of them can be found from pak2.pk3. Different kind of items, gears, faces, etc. are diffent pictures. Once uve opened an original one u can see the size of the pic in question. Then just edit it as u like.
