There really isn't a program to create a skin for you, you would have to compile it yourself. As Strik0r suggested, Paint Shop Pro is a 30-day free proggie to use at your will. Get it, and follow a guide in the Guides section on the cover page of AA.COM for how to make custom MP skins. Good luck!

i couldnt imagine making a player skin. looks way too complicated.

For modding and skinning the best program is Paint Shop pro

Very usefull, infact I cant think of any others

Photoshop is good too, but that's only if you are famuliar with it, and its tools. Otherwise PSP is the way to go.
