Nope. You have to be American to download the demo. Before you download they check your SSN number and resolve your IP address to make sure that you are American before you can download the demo.
If a non-American is found downloading the demo, the American government will immediately move the nearest aircraft carrier to your area, and launch cruise missiles at your house. After it is sure that you, your dog and everything else is dead they'll send SEAL and Ranger units to
capture and delete the unauthorized downloaded files.
If I were you, I wouldn't try...
