The origional AA is still popular because PP are still making the attempt to add maps to it, of course the same maps are availible to SH players you just have to have SH to play-em they're not cross compatible.

If more servers would host at least the better AA maps with SH, we may have a revival of playability.

In addition the lack of a SDK (sorry for bringing it up) has made so many PP just sick of EA......well you know.....
