Do you have Windows XP?

If so, its easy, you just have to download StyleXP [url="http://www.tgtsoft.com"]http://www.tgtsoft.com[/url] and download a theme from example http://www.themexp.org and youre done!

But if you dont have XP you must use a program like Windowblind.
