Damn Rocketers!

I think there needs to be a teamlimit for the rocketers, 2 or 3 per team. Because I played on a server as AXIS(as always

) and the Allied had about 10 rocketers shooting to spawn positions all the time.

And this is a good way to make a game really boring to play, and really fast too.

It's a shame people play it like Quake 3, with all that rocket blasting (Rocket Jumping not included.)

I agree I quit playing on a server today because the other team had 3 or 4 rocket guys spamming rockets every where.

There is a console command
useweaponclass
But I dont know in what context its used.

well....If you don't like it,just grab a heavy gun or better yet a Shotgun.....run around capping them just after they fire their rocket.......you can walk silently (no borads creaking) by holding down she SHIFT key......you can sneak right up to them and BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahahahaah...that It what I do to them...they only get my every so often.....

Yeah, I prefer the smg. I usually come in strafing right after they shoot. At that point they are just cannon fodder. Even if I can't dodge the rocket, I can usually survive with 5 health, or be close enough to kill them in the process.

Yeah but the point is that they are spawn campers so if you just happen to get shot while on a capping spree then your SOL till you happen to spawn where they might miss you per chance.

This is a war game and spawn camping is just absolutely ridiculous.
Anyone can win by cheating and If I see you spawn in my scope you can be sure to know that I will give you time to move before poping you in the head while your on the run

If you cant win without the spawn camping then you need to go back to Quake and UT, and leave this game for the real men.

Do not confuse spawn camping (or plain

well I don't know if you have noticed but if someone camps near a spawn point no one will spawn there

I kinda' think that a rocketlauncher rules (sometimes) but of corse, within a limit. I agree that only a few at each team should wear their rocketlauncher.

2-4 MAX and I am outta the server. it is not funny otherwise.

I want to add something just popped up inside my mind :-)

it can be really cool to play if everyone have rocketlauncher (if the server can handle it :-))

Yeah thats another thing, my fps droped to under 20 when everyone was shooting rockets like crazymen.

I just hate the fact they can run up on you and launch a rocket from 3 feet away and you die while they run off with your health.

it isn't funny to be playing on a shitty server (no matter what weapon used). SO STOP HOSTING if you have a shitty connection.

yesterday I was playing on server were we all had a ping on 999.
I asked the server what connection he had.
56 k. a 56k modem isn't build for hosting MOH:AA.
but rockets can slow erverything alot more. and of corse the host was a psyko. he only used a Rocket launcher.
