HERE you go, this is how you start a server in Teamplay:
go to proberties of your shortcut to MOH:AA add +set developer "1" +set ui_console 1 +set g_gametype 2+sv_maxclients 6 +map dm/mohdm6 to target. you can always change max clients!

How to start a Roundbased:
go to proberties of your shortcut to MOH:AA add +set developer "1" +set ui_console 1 +set g_gametype 3+sv_maxclients 6 +map dm/mohdm6 to target. you can always change max clients!

it is actually works on the Demo.
