Ok i need help about layers and background... When i do copy, pass my image dont appear completly! What can i do for some of my layers and the background be 1??

Second question: Whit witch program can i reduce a picture?? Cuz i have some ribbons (army ribbons) to put on my skins and they r to big to be on!

1. Check that the copied layer is on top of background.
1.1 If ur source pic is @ time of copy in layers, make a merged pic but dont save it and then copy the merged pic => u should have everything visible copied.

2. U can reduce in PS too. -> edit -> image size
