Spearhead Sound Problem

I played spearhead for a few weaks and everything was good, then i stopped for two weeks, went back to it last night, but i got some MTF?? not sure if that was it, error, that also affected kazaa lite. i reinstalled it, and the patch, but now my sound doesn't work at all in the game. can anyone help me out?

oh yeah, forgot to add that i haven't gotten that ?MTF? error since i rebooted., and all my other sound works.

Try to reinstall again, this way:

Also, try upgrading your soundcard drivers.
