Sorry this is no way and their never will be a way clientside, weapons are controlled by the server meaning that what weapons the server has, you will have. If the server disables rockets, then you will not be able to use one.
Try and prove me wrong, but your just like on of those n00bz running around saying I know some scripting and its possible, if your not what I think you are, post the script here so me and others can test it. If this was possible, it would of been done a long while ago
