After beating the game in medium, I decided to get all the medals therefore I beat the game in hard mode. But I was missing 2 medals, the bronze star and silver star, so I went to mission 6 in easy mode, beat the game in easy, and then found my medal case with only one medal, the bronze star. I imagine that if I start beating the game again in hard mode with all the medals, I will lose the bronze star as I lost all the other medals. This makes it seem like impossible to have every medal in your case. Is it really impossible? or is it a bug? Please help...

Actually, it is possible to obtain every medal in the case, but not when you are playing Spearhead. You can search http://www.planetmedalofhonor.com, as they have guides on how to obtain every medal. Heck, you can even try the guides here, but I'm not sure if there is one for this.

best way is to add the medal names to your unnamedsolider config file if you have lraedy completed it can obtained thoses medals then theres no harm. you need to add the names which i can't rember off the top of me head but goes some thing like
"1" seta g_medal5 where 5 is a specific medal numbers 1-9 i think
