Being on the lower end of the chain, my computer is only a P3 550mhz with 128mb ram and a TNT2 Ultra. With all the settings at low (not lowest) the game runs quite smooth (20-30fps) at 640x480 although not quite as smooth as my friend's P1.7ghz at 1024x768. Try lowering your resolution and detail settings. MOH is very playable for me even on a detailed map like hunt with 36 players.
