I'm not sure I would recommend OC48 for anyone new to running a server. Not for MoH:AA anyway. These guys are still figuring it out themselves. I would give it about another 2 weeks, at least until they gotten web-based start/stop buttons implemented.

they have a list of us based server providers, uk based one jolt, barries, velocity. there are some european ones that are good we had an italian based one about 8 months ago that was quite good but can't rember the name now.
