ok hope you guys can help i admin a 56k only server and we get plagued with low pingers (if bt would only pull there finger out and let us all have adsl ) anyway does any of you guys know of a program that will kick low pingers from the server and leave us high pingers alone as i cant be there 24/7 too look after it

no but you should be able to consider some for your needs, but you want a laggy server lol

autokick only works for high pingers as far as i see so no use for me i only want to kick the low pingers below 120

or the best thing would be if some of the adsl that came on would leave when they are told the server is for us poor 56k modem only lol angel: M16:

Hmmmm broadband leave when asked thats a novel idea now why would they want to leave they can see us 56k's as easy targets(well only the one's that can actually play the game) Hey lets not forget there's hundreds of 56k servers out there oh no hold on theres only 2 I know of lmao. If any one can help with the low ping kicker let us know save us wasting game time booting them eatthis:

i think i see why you want to kick broadband players--belive me its not personal when 56kers get kicked its for a good reason 56k ruins the game for others plain n simple phone lines sux for gamin compared to bb or dsl -i have freinds with 56 k and i try and keep them in the game but in order to have a good game seems i can only take 2 56 kers and set a ping limit about 350 (((but they still get kicked because those dam phone lines bite IF U R A "SERIOUS" PC GAMER YOU MUST GET BROADBAND belive me i know -x 56ker myself--as for a fair setting i try and keep ping to 350 or less this allows for 56k------ untill grandma calls -;lol

Lol my friend has 56k and I play with him and my other friend just on my created game. Easy to kill him when hes running into a wall and he doesnt know he died until 10 seconds later hake:

theres a console to command to set the minimum ping allowed too. do a cmdlist to see them all as I'm not sure right off what it is.

i play on 56k most of the time, if i play in servers near me, then my ping doesnt go over 140, just have to find a good server and fine tune your connection.

Y is it that some B/B user seem to think that because we still have 56k it is through choice the amount of times I have heard some idiot telling me that I haven’t got enough money to get it and stop being tight believe me that is not the case I have plenty of money so that is not a problem. The problem is the worthless twats of our telecom service nothing else. So try bearing that in mind and try engaging brain b4 mouth. eatthis:
