of course EA has tech support. They release half assed games, how could they not have tech support? Hell, I bet they put more work into tech support then they do their games.

I just hate how they can't take the time out to try to offer some support to us. Yes, patches are nice, but it would be cool if they could support us more with their product. Microsoft has as many programs as EA has games, and they're able to release patches occasionally for the problems, you know?

i dont think ea does bad there games always have worked good so i have never had to use the tech support

Im sure they care. They know that a new sucker is born every second. So they got us... there a new batch of suckers just around the corner for them to ripoff.
