It's the one that says something along the lines of "Fixes a known issue in games to make the opening video hang or crash". This is their .DLL fix for the SP. If you want to play games at top-performance with SP1, you NEED this hotfix. *This hotfix is ONLY available to people with WinXP Service Pack 1.
