New Tunisian map pics -

Both versions of the new Tunisian Village day and night are shown. Expect these maps soon. The pictures highlight the new aspects but there are dozens of improvements. Let me know what you think.

Tunesian FE was a long time popular map on my server and eventually had to take it off because it was to small of a map for 20 players. That said I am very excited that you are redoing this and it will definitely be on my server as soon as it is out.
A few suggestions;
1) Make sure you seal the edges of the map this time. The last version had several areas where the textures had holes and you could get under the map.
2) The Allies are still from the looks of it very wide open when they spawn and are at a real disadvantage. I would really like to see some additional cover/ buildings at their spawn area. Suggestion would be to kick out the L shaped area on the allies side and add some more buildings there so they spawn across the entire south side of the map and not just the far corner.
3) It looks like there is secure access from the west side this time and that was badly needed. I hope that is the case but if not make sure you can crawl between the dunes on BOTH sides of the map.
4) Lastly PLEASE pay attention to the spawn point placements. Those were the biggest complaints of your last version of this map. For example, the axis spawned in the back street at the NE corner. Unfrotunately all the allies had to do was stand at the other end of the street and mow people down like flies. Try to make your spawn points in areas that provide some cover because this is an intense close combat map.
Looking forward to it...... so hurry up....lol

I've addressed alot of the issues with the old map.
1) The ways under the map have been dealt with along with those areas where people would jump behind the backdrop.
2) With the addition of the Ottoman era mosque at the allies' end they now have a more defendable position. Not to mention a perfect sniping point. They still have many points near the originals, on the ridge, in the 1/2 tracks, in the new mosque and now in the old canyon road. The axis are now more in buildings like the new useable 2 story building and the patio roof which used to be unreachable.
3) Its called Tunisian Village SH because the allies have a mortar position and the rooftop MG42 was replaced with a portable MG But!!! it does work for AA. I've tested it in both games the major difference besides the weapons being the new barbed wire in AA doesn't cause damage. The night version is call Night Attack on Tunisian Village and the spawn points are swapped to make it seem as it the Axis have launched a counter attack. Again that version works for both.
Cool?
I'll test it some more today and possibly release it late this afternoon.

Awesome..... acn hardly wait. If it gets released in the next 2 days it will be on my next map pack and be on the server by the end of the week. If anyone is interested in playing it my server is MOB #2 64.94.11.230. It is running Spearhead, has 20 players, and runs a bunch of the most popular user made maps (which are all in easy install map packs on our web site mobclan.com).
A word of warning.... the server stays full a lot so be patient getting on.

Good to hear another one's coming out. Loved the first Tunisian_Fe. Infact, the Screenshot in my "This man is your friend" sg comes from that map biggrin:
