You don't, you have all the weapons you can carry (that is if you don't mod it) in your inventory, when you see guns lying on the ground and you can't take it, your ammo is already full.

The drop weapon command in the console is for Multiplayer, and since it's a single player only demo, it does not work and therefore no drop command.

u can insert a pak file so u can have the whalter the garand the mauser the mp40 and the karbine in the demo.
