Are you kidding me? Some folks want this board to be the substitute for Sunday Prayer. Guess what. It aint gonna happen. I think I can count on one hand the # of people who SERIOUSLY need to be banned or restricted, and I gaurantee it isn't the ones you want gone.

So tell me which people you think need to be dealt with ? It's no good suggesting it and then not going into details.

Realise one thing, this is BS's message board, with rules, which are to be followed, not broken. Too many people break these rules, whether they are broken in the OTBS forum or not, they are still to be followed. You do noticed that there are a list of rules even at the top of this forum ? That means you cant go posting whatever you like, like alot of kids do, this is what I'm trying to get at. Yes people take things too personally and get pissed off at the slightest thing and then flames ensue which causes mods to lock threads, in response to this mods are told they are being "nazis" "to harsh" and whatever else, the only thing I take offence to is being referred to as a nazi, thats boils by blood.

Anyway, I like short skirts, no skirts are better, and yes people need to lighten up, but they need to stay within the boundries set, thats one thing I will still look at when moderating.

I have seen, in MORE THAN ONE thread, mods and pussified posters get pissed at something someone said that did NOT break the rules. What happens. The thread gets locked. A threats of banning get tossed around. It seems alot of folks themselves dont read the rules and seem to think they can get offense to something un-offendable. Oh vell.

Well I dont know, I havent been doing much threatening or locking lately that I can recall, thats been the other guys, so perhaps take it up with them. I cant account for their doings, it's not my place. All I can say is that we make judgement calls on what we see here and act. Sometimes harshly, sometimes not harsh enough. Either way, it really is up to the mod who does the locking and threatening to speak for himself and voice his reasons, if asked, why he did it.

As I said, leave Joe alone, he's done a good job, always keep my aware of whats going on here, always keeping my up to date on what needs doing, who needs a talking to, and who needs banning. He's done more in the short time he's been Mod than some who've been Mod for quite sometime. Just back off. We know you have a problem with him Strikor, but I dont give a shit, and niether does anyone else really, if you want to vent, PM him and discuss it through there, I'm sick of the constant petty complaints that are directed towards him which are consuming this forum. If you have a problem with him, email/PM him and talk about it and resolve the issue peacefully, this is not that place for your flame war.
