With regards to the Scottish skins...I am a Museum Assistant specialising in Scotland during World War two and it was i who asked Dave to make the skin..a few points gents..the Khaki/sand beret is probably as near to a Tam O' Shanter as Dave could get (all Scottish troops wore Tam o shanters as opptional headgear in WW2)...the Glengarry was only really worn in the early pary of the War by Scottish Territorials and members of the B.E.F. like the Cameronians..the only thing i would have liked to have been added is a pom pom in the middle of the Beret.....Apart from that Scottish Troops wore standard British Steel helmets...

Kilts although worn by Scottish Regiments in Battle throughout WW1 were not extensively worn as fighting dress in WW2 except at the very start of the War..they were used on ceremonial occasiions throughout the War but Scottish divisions chose to wear the standard British Battle dress Bluse and trousers in most theatres...the Scottish skin depicted on page one looks like it would be more at home at the battle of Waterloo (1815) Red was not worn from World War 1 onwards!!! its a very shortbread tin image of a Scottish soldier!..the ammo pouches/kit for a Scottish soldier was the standard British'37 pattern webbing the same as on Krysts Desert Rat skin..

Hope this clears a few points up with regards to historical accuracy....
