Grey screen... pleeeease help

hey...when I try and play the game I keep getting nothin but a grey screen....does anyone know how to fix it?...I have a Nvidia Gf2 card if that helps.

Go into the Main folder and rename ffx86.dll to .bak.

in the main folder all i have is
autoexec.cfg
cgamex86.dll
config.cvs
default.cfg
gamex6.dll
newconfig.cfg
and the paks
we talkin bout the same main folder?

I had the same problume .so wat i done reingstaled my graphics drivers and installed lattest version DX8.1 or somethink like that work 4 me
