Changing the game status titles?

Anyone know how to modify the games programing from this (player A was sniped in the head by player B) to other personalized things?

This will only work with AA, SH does not support custom Loc.txt files. mwah:

it works in spearhead. but its a lot harder. you have to take out all the local text files from both games. make a global file in your mainta file. change that one. its the only one the game can draw from so it cant help but work. the reason i know this is because i did on my server. my bash says beaten like a tied up goat by whoever. sorry rude but it does work.
