I don't know what my exact system specs are but I have a
-Intel Celeron 766 Processer
-312 MB of Ram
-3d AGP Graphics Card

I thinks thats all the important stuff, anyway, I play the MP Demo smooth as silk yet the single player demo runs really bad, why?

A Single Player demo has a lot more to deal with, Scripted Events, Enemy AI, Friendly AI, and so on, so there is more a strain on your pc.
