I remember several years ago i was playing a FPS on a power plus macintosh. it was a sort of indiana jones theme running around pyramids shooting mummies.
I kept picking up objects on the ground called "magazines" and i went into the inventory to try and read these magazines, thinking along the lines that they were the reading magazines, but lo, i soon discovered that they were for guns and contained ammo. I learned from computer games that guns used magazines. So computer games can be educational....mostly....
Mind you, i also learned that 1 american GI can take on and bring down the german army oOo:
