Check that Anistropic filtering isn't running. Go into your mohaa console and type r_picmip 3 vid_restart that will fully lower the detail, in most cases it will help. But in some cases it will not. But like RUNGSI said, slow ram+slow CPU+Shitty new gen Vid card = bottleneck
