I just "get it" while playing around.

When I say "global" I mean open the pak file
(as you would any zip file) and the first
thing you will see is a "global" directory.

But like I said ... I don't even program,
although I'm damn sure I could learn fast
enough. I just understand complex / abstract
concepts quickly
