The interview is phony. This was on Fox News a long time ago. FN called up Al-Jazeera and asked them to confirm, and Al-Jazeera said it = teh fake.

Some jackass with too much time to hash out details wrote this up. It should be noted that this interview is old (I read it some time in January, I believe, so at least that old). Since Jan 1, New York has seen 17 days that would match their "optimal" conditions for detonation. LA has seen 24 days, Atlanta has seen 16 days, and DC has seen 22 days.

So yeah, this is bullshit.
