Ok hello i have lots of question that need to be answer.

1) How do i do an avatar in photoshop?

2) How do i make my picture dont look like 4 square put in the background?(like proteus newest sig)

3) (Zoner Sig)In the right corner of my sig there is sniper, how do i do this effect?

4) Is there any other place than google image, to find picture?

5) I have an black and white picture is this possible to put some color on it?

6) (Zoner sig) How do i make my letter look like in this sig? is it only blending options, drop shadow?

6) Any other tips to make my sig better?

1) Make a picture 50x50 pixels. Save as a GIF.
2) If I thinking of what you are thinking, it's just some lines drawn in.
3) Crosshatch filter.
4) DVD captures
5) You can apply a hue to the whole picture, but I don't know if you can properly color in specific parts. To apply color, go to Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation, and check the "colorize" box, then adjust the sliders to get the color you want.
6) Looks like a bit of drop shadow and outer glow.
7) Practice and experiment.

Thanks Magnum your great !, but what i do when i don't have dvd player is there any other way?

and my 3 question is about the sniper on the right not the one with crosshatch filter ( in the background )

I tryed filter and can do some nice effect. Maybe i put some on my next one.

My bad. The one on the right you say? The only effect I see on that one is just some colorization, which would be what I said for #5.

To add a border, just make a layer and put it on top of everything else. Use the line tool and draw around the edge, or select the whole canvas and go into Select > Modify > Border, and fill in the border area with the paint bucket. Repeat for a harder edge.
