In Somalia, the Somalians killed were bad guys for the most part. Militia that were working for Aidid to starve people in Somalia. The US doesnt need to discuss any ransom or war on Aidid with the Somalia Gov (towel heads with rocks) becuase it was our war and HE has no link to THEM.

The Iraqi people for the most part dont like Saddam. If you remember, he gassed his own people, and is a VIOLENT dictator. You say "What about his election?" The election he created to elect a leader of Iraq. Thats true that he had one, but he was the only candidate.

Basically, lets appease Saddam by giving him France, its not like anyone likes those pussy ass, selfish, ungrateful bitches. Not like anyone would have trouble taking over France.....
