Insane, i dont think so. We paid for a server in december and have yet to be able to get any money back yet? I personly emailed 007bond and got flamed for complaining of the high pings. I have the emails to provem it. We have also filed with the BetterBusinessBurea and Have yet to receive word from you organization. The last contact we had was with a gilr named Diane(I think) and she said she had no record of the person who paid for the server or even that we had a server in Kansas. I was given the lame excuse that your group was going thru some staffing issue and nothing could be done. Bad business practices IMHO. If you really want to help us get our 99.95 back we woukld appriciate it. eek:
