Help with skin

I have a custom skin....what do i need to do so the players that join my server can see the skin?. Supose they don'ta have that skin..its exclisively on the server and i'm using it...what do i need to do so the other players can see it?

they must have the skin pk3 file the server must have the skin pk3 file then those that have the skin will see you in it. if the server does not have the skin then they will not see you in even if they themselves have it it must be client and server side for it to be seen.
