How do I get this mod to work across a two pc LAN. I activate it on one PC fine as the server. On PC two it always wants to activate the modem and get online, which means it minimises the screen to connect and leaves the mohaa demo running in a small window on the desktop. What is the proper way to play across two PCs. PC one has a cable connection which is always on.

If you have a cable modem on one computer, why do you have a dial-up in the other one? Take it out, and then try.

Make sure you know the IP address of the host computer. Once everything is loaded on the client-side, type 'connect <ip>' into the console, replacing <ip> with the host's IP address.

I'm assuming you actually have the two computers networked... as in NICs, a hub, CAT5 cable, etc. If not, look online for a simple guide to networking. You can hook up both PCs to the cable modem if you have a hub and 3 network cards. I'm too lazy to explain past that.
