they are totally pissing on MOH over at planetwolfenstein and its ticking me off.

among other complaints:

graphics suck. whatever, yeah, playing on a voodoo banshee will cause that problem. I think the graphics in this are better than wolf, in many ways.

your AI buddies are dumb. well yeah, they arent brain surgeons, but they are better than in any game ive seen before.

aforementioned movement speed. teenagers, nuff said.

its NOT realistic enough. wha? I dont recall anyone saying this WW2 operation flashpoint.

cant we all just get along? I dont see anyone around here bashing wolf over and over.

In my opinion, when you put something down, it means it is good and people are talking about it. To me, RTCW, felt like Doom with pretty graphics. That's about it. I think Medal of Honor is shaping up to be the best FPS since Hallife, and that is a big compliment. Sure, there are some things that can be added, (notice I said added, not changed), but the multiplayer demo is a just that, A DEMO. It was stripped of things in order to make the download more bearable, and the graphics, as they are still prettier than RTCW in my opinion. Wait until we get the full version of this already fantastic game.

RTCW is a good game but totally unrealistic but the sweetest mission is where u have to escort a captured Panzer through a bombed out village. The Panzer even blew up a bell tower to take out the Sniper inside it.Sweeet.BTW luftwafe the first 2 maps in the demo sucked.

I do quite well at MP even with my 24 fps average. Its not about graphics.. its gameplay. People who prefer graphics to gameplay will never be happy.

I think Medal in a lot better than Wolf. They said that is was not enought realistic and they said the mouvements were too slow, but if u look at wolf, u seems to be in a camera flooting around a map, and they said that THIS is realistic ...
My conclusion :
Wolf : bad
Medal : great !

Its my opinion ...

Well these guys need to try the coop map. The ai is even better in it than the single player game. Very hard and realistic. Beats the crap out of Wolfs ai for sure.

I tried playing Multiplayer Wolfenstein last night for the first time in a long time, and I must say it was an odd experience that I will not be repeating. After playing MOHAA, Wolfenstein's character running speed feels insanely fast without even sprinting. I felt like Carl Lewis with a Tommy gun.

As far as graphics are concerned, RTCW runs much smoother for me and looks better, texture and lighting-wise. Now, as far as level design is concerned, I think I'll have to give the nod to MOHAA. It feels more "real" than the fantasy castle land that RTCW presents. Of course, this is really just silly conjecture on my part, because the full version of MOHAA hasn't been released. How can I possibly compare them at this point? Even when they are released, I'm not going to waste too much time comparing them. I am done with RTCW anyway, so there! It's MOHAA and Ghost Recon from this point on!

As far as multiplayer smoothness, again it has been my experience that RTCW is much better. I continue to get annoying slowdown in multiplayer MOHAA games when I am in a close-quarters, stafing/moving firefight. It really starts to chug, and to me it feels like game graphics engine slowdown. Dropping to 800x600 from 1024x768 seemed to help. I may be wrong, but I need to try it on a LAN for further proof.

I suppose I could upgrade my Athlon 1.33/Radeon 8500 box, but I don't think I'd be getting too much of a boost.

I'll wait for the full version to cast my final vote on team AI, but I *can* say that my Ghost Recon AI buddies seem smarter. They'll go prone as you go prone, and they won't turn their backs to the enemy to face you and just stare at you for no reason.

If they had just implemented prone in multiplayer (at least), allowed you to prime grenades, and tweaked weapon damage values/behaviour a bit, I would be really excited right now. I am not *really* excited, but I am anxious to get the full version. I have high hopes that the mod community can really take this game to new heights.

"carl lewis with a tommy gun"

LOL, very true.

I really really like wolf mp, but MOH multi has the nod as far as gameplay. but you are right when you say wolf is smoother.
