hey how come it wont let me play because i dont have multitexturing/layering graphics card. Can i bypass this?

Your card is probably a VooDoo 2 or someting like that. My friend have the same problem and i think there is no way to bypass it. Anyway, if u find someting, let me know ...

I also wonder how the game is suppost to be playable with a Voodoo 2. Can you say 5 fps?

There is NO way to by pass this my friend, your videocard doesn't have "multitextering", my videocard said that when I tried to play, I just spent around $80 and bought a Nvidia TNT2 32mb card that runs the game.

I had problems at first with my Voodoo Graphics card and this file took care of the problem

Damn....cuz i got a SiS motherborad integrated 32mb shared video card

specs:
933Mhz Amd athon
256mb of ram
52X cd-rom
20gb hard drive
openGL support
~i guess that's all that matters


I just spent $400 upgrading and now i have to spent more

If you upgrade to a Geforce 3 Ti 200 for 150 bucks, I bet you can play all upcoming games for at least another year. Think about it.

Running ASUS V7700 PRO (GF2GTS /w 64MB) and can't get the demo running

This is what the launcher says:

...WARNING: missing Glide installation, assuming no 3Dfx available
...shutting down QGL
GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

Any help on this subject?

I'm gunna move my ass over to radio shack(only real computer supply store we have) and get myself a brand spanking new graphics card.
