No, the guy that came up with the idea was Killa2000, which actually just turned out to be a joke by this guy Goetterfunke, who leads the mod Eve of Destruction. Paperkut thought the idea was funny enough to merit his efforts in making "Killa2000's" dream come to life. Thus, the Killer Commando mod was born.
