i have to throw a Bachelor party right?
when do i do that? like how many days before the wedding?
what else do i do?

and i think you throw it somewhere in the week before the wedding from what ive seen in the movies

There should be lotsa info on Best Man Etiquette on the 'net.

I think you're supposed to hold the bachelor party during the week before the wedding. Don't do it the night before or the night of the rehearsal.

...oh, and as best man, you must sleep with the Maid of Honor. It's tradition. biggrin:

i think i know what im doing
i was thinkg of renting a fishing boat and go fishing during the day and then rent a hall and party at night or have it at a friends farm
man this sounds like its going to cost alot of money

My best man took me and some friends on a river rafting trip. Deliverence style. But actually it was fun. You should do it a week before the wedding what ever you do, to give him time to recover. Also come up with a good toast.

I've been to 2 bachelor parties in the past year (I'm 20 and 2 of my friends got married oOo: ) Anyhow, just make sure you do it a week or so before the wedding and do the stuff all your buddies like to do. For example: we played blackjack poker etc. and drank massive amounts of beer at one of the two I went to. We had a great time and didn't spend that much money. Strippers are MANDATORY, how many you get and how much you spend is up to you. Just have fun and get drunk. Thats what its all about.
