How would i get set this up? I have no idea what to do......

I have a linksys router..is there any other way to do this? cause my main computer where the router/hub is hooked up to works but not my other comp...

Not with the router there isn't. You have to configure your router on it's configuration page. In IE or Netscape, type http://192.168.1.1 as the address, and press enter. By default, the Username is blank, and the password is "admin" without the quotes:

Now you want to get to the Fowarding tab. This is usually under Advanced. THis is where you put these port numbers in.

i dont understand but i cant get into that webpage and i dont get why? though i think mine is usually differnt than most peoples incase for some reason my computer has to be on for people to use it....the one i have is a linksys wap11 network access point wireless....

Wireless sucks get a 4 port Linkskys Router they are better for what you want to do.
