you make a .cue file, then use the cue to burn the image of the .bin - you can use nero to do it, "flie" "burn image" select the .cue file

how to make a cue file:

1) open notepad
2) copy this into it
[code:db999]
FILE "yourfilename.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
[/code:db999]

3) save as yourfilename.cue

the .cue and .bin must be in the same folder for it to burn

happy burning evil:

Ok, I made the CUE file, I mounted it using daemon, and clicked on the autoply button on the "cd-rom" and I get "F:\ is not a valid Win32 application".

The CUE HAS to be exactly the way Bian typed it. Theres gotta be the exact amount of spaces in between the there lines.

But...

FUCK ALL THAT.

Right click DAEMON, "SELECT ALL" files, find that BIN, and mount that instead of the CUE. DAEMON can mount BINS, but just default asks for CUE's since they tell a program where to FIND the BIN.

That's what I did zxcvnm, but when I clicked on setup.exe in the artificial cd-rom drive I get that error.

I'm trying to eat American Conquest.

It is a BIN or a EXE? The only time I've gotten that error is when I tried to be all cool and make my own BIN files.

I'd try checking the size of the file, against other files from the same FILE on packetnews.com - seeing if it matches. Cause if you cant get DAEMON to mount it - its a fucked file

That...

or...

ISOBUSTER!!!!!

See if ISOBUSTER can open it and see whats inside the bin.

Ok, the BIN file mounts just fine, but when I actually click on the setup.exe to install the game it gives me that error message. The file size is 763mb like all the other ones on packetnews (with the exception of the ISO which is 600-somethingmb). I think it's a borked file, maybe I need some crack or something.

Crack it open with ISOBUSTER. It's like getting a "second opinion" from a doctor.
