Ok, I really dont understand what is up with my PC. I bought an extra 256MB of RDRAM for my PC, only because thats the only memory it accepts. So now my specs are
P4 1.4Ghz
40GB HD
512MB RDRAM
Geforce3 Ti200

Now, I dunno about you guys, but I thought that with these specs I would be getting some smooth ass gameplay. Well im not, and I have no clue why. The SP demo still chuggs at gunfights and such. I don't think that with these specs I should have to turn down the graphics, I know people on here with slower systems who have no slowdown at all. Someone who knows computers please tell me why my system isn't performing.

Which version of Windows are you running? Some people (myself included) have had problems with WinME giving them headaches on what should otherwise be a beast of a machine..

Maybe just be selective in which operating system you choose. W98 is doing just fine for me--but others may have greater needs.

a lot of people have slow down problems, it is supposedly because they didnt put the compress textures option in the single player demo. Also in some scenes with smoke it lags a lot but 2015 says its fixed in the final versian.

I disagree. Windows XP is great for gaming. It doesn't work with a few games (such as F.A.K.K. 2), but the non-crashing and performance make up for it.
