The files should be in .tga format. Open with most paint programs, such as PSP etc.

It has to do with US law.
That's how they label stuff.
I.e. RCW 23.92 = Blah blah blah
RCW 24.99 = Lah Blah Blah

go to www.sigdump.cjb.net and upload the screens. Then come back to here and type in this code [img]theurlofthescreen[/img*] but without the *. Then it should post em.
