I just wanted it to drive to school and back because its just out of walking distance and im not old enough to drive. In West Virginia I dont think there is any age ristriction for a moped.

Ah, well, in that case go for it, but I would suggest you buy a used one, and save your money for a car for when you're old enough to drive.
