Strange.. -

I read a guide on this side..
"Make your own handgrenade". It's good. It took a few hours to get pakscape, zip-program and the like, but now i can create my own skins. That nade guide don't only show how to paint a nade. I can use the same way to reapaint a lot of other things..Almost...
I repainted a grenade, saved it as a pk3 file. I put the file in the mainfolder, where I use to put other mods I've downloaded.
But the grenade in the game is the same as usual!!!!!
I checked the guide several times and I hadn't miss anything! I sent an e-mail to the guy who wrote it but he haven't answer me. Have been waiting pretty well..Hope you can help me..

Are you sure you made the pk3 correctly? Go to Pakscape, click new. In the empty area, right click, scroll to object, and choose new directory, name it textures. In the textures directory, make a new one in the same way, and name it models. In the models directory, make a weapons directory, then from there make a directory called p_masher (for the axis grenade), and M2Grenade (for the allied grenade.) Now stick the axis grenade you made in p_masher, and your allied one in the m2grenade. Save it as "User - My grenades" or something similar, and try it out. That is usually the problem I have, I don't pack it correctly the first time.

i had overcome the same problem when you made ur nade skin on the side there should be 3 circles. If you did the steilhandgrante dont touch them! i think they are the color of the explosion if you change em it wont work cuz i made one that changed it and didn't work so i didn't touch it and i showed up.
hope this helps biggrin:
