i have no idea how to save it as a gif when i do what i want in image ready

You have to optimize the animation, then "Save Optimized as".

To convert a small part of a movie is pretty simple, well more technical than animation but it looks a lot cooler and doesn't require creativity.

I just open the movie in VirtualDub, press Home where I want the selection to start, press End to stop the selection. Then add a resize filter, change the colour depth to 16-bot and export. Then use GIF Construction Set Professional and go to Move to GIF, open the avi, delete any useless frames, supercompress it and save. I've done two now

Howdy, those two animations put you way over the limit for sig sizes. Man, what is it about keeping TOTAL sig size under 100K that people have a hard time understanding?

Cameltoe, I asked you before to remove that animation in your sig too. the fucking thing is 400K+. If you don't remove it, it will be removed for you.
