EA should have made somethin like German Soldiers being able to surrender like Rogue Spear where the terrorist surrender sometimes. (Although I'll still kill them)

if I was behind enemy lines and people surrendered, I would have no choice but to kill them. You can't take prisoners cause they slow you down, if you let them go like in SPR they could re-join another nazi company or alert people that your there and the hunt goes on.

yea that would be cool , i never thought of that . even though i practically pitched every kind of roguespear feature to 2015 , i forgot that one .

I doubt a small group of four-six guys would have the means to do that, and therefore wouldn't take any prisoners.
