Having Nazis surrendering in MoH:AA would be a cool feature, however, I think that after we all get a chance to experience MoH:AA's Omaha Beach assault, we would probably all shoot the surrendering Nazis anyway out of pure disgust for the mutilation we saw on Omaha Beach, thus 2015 found it useless to have them surrendering.

Think of it as more of a "perk" that you get to kill every Nazi in the game rather than take them prisoner.
