obliques are one of the hardest muscle groups to tone. I would try side bends and twists. You grab two dumbells of a low weight. Stand up and the movement is pretty self-explanatory. Side bends are bending side to side and twists are twisting side to side. You will be sore the next day. But remembre you have to lose the fat before you can see your toned muscle. Just because you have toneds muscles doesn't mean you can see them. For lats I would use a lat tower to do all my workouts there. Glad to see someone else wants big lats, those will make you look big as fuck. You can also try an incline rowing motion to waist using a freeweight bar. A stiff arm pullover works well too. You do this on a weight bench lying down with two dumbells behind your head. You raise your arms to form a 90 degree angle with your body. Bent arm pullover can do the same thing basically, but these workouts can hurt your elbow if your arms aren't strong.

UFC has turned into child's play. If you hit a guy in the face five times the ref calls the match. oOo:

I do side bends... it's good to get rid of those "love handles" happy:
However, it's always good to run, and do cardio-vascular activities to get rid of the fat on your abs and obliques.

Another good way but is esencially what Chronic said is grab a 35-60 dumbell (depending on your own strength) and lean to that side and come up. do as many as you want in the 6-15 rep range depending on what kind of muscle characteristics you want. then do the other side. Do 2-3 sets
