TeamSpeak 2 is pretty good, one thing i like about it is the ability to build channels inside of your server.

My clan uses Ventrillo, We used to use TS. While there are more options is TS, ventrilo sound quality is much better.

Ventrilo is the best...www.ventrilo.com but you need a good server to host it or get a good connection. Most i can have on mine is about 11 people on, anymore then my ping jumps to 700, 999, and around there. I am on a 3Mbps so if u got a 1.5 then it will prolly lag with 5 or so people on there.

Agreed Ventrillo is very good. Also if you want you can get someone like iLAN to host it for like 10 bucks a month.
