Other notable mentions are Dumb & Dumber, There's Something About Mary, Office Space, and Monty Python & The Holy Grail.

The movie that had me laughing the hardest was Kung Pao: Enter the Fist. You have to be wierd to love that movie as much as I do.
Spaceballs was definitely up there.
I was gagging more than laughing during Jackass.
Happy Gilmore was also pretty damn funny.
