AS a side fact, I have an uncle who works for the mass. state something. Hes no quite a cop but he gets, a gun, badge, car, the whole 9 yards. He is allowed to pull people over and keep them there until a legal cops arrives. ALthough he never does that...he himself went 90 in a 30 zone in front of my house....that was a fun ride
